#4) Provide toll free # and e-mail for feedback (respond within 24 hours)
#5) Provide refunds within thirty days from date of purchase - no questions asked.
#6) Provide repair or replacement product within one year from purchase should defect be found.
#7) Never share customer information with anyone (unless required by law).
#8) Constantly create new products and services based on customer needs.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Wingnut Blues.com will never share your personal information with anyone (unless required by law) so you can count on having your personal information including your credit card information and other private information about you to be protected around the clock.

SALES
We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as personal checks. Heck, believe it or not we take cash - but don't recommend you send it via the mail!

All orders are to be pre-paid before shipment. If you pay by credit card we will not process the charge until your item is shipped. All orders are processed within 24 hours (except Sat, Sun & Major Holidays). California sales tax will automatically be added to orders shipped to California addresses.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders will be shipped Priority via the good old US Mail unless other arrangements are made at the time of the order.

Costs are:
$3.50 up to one lb.
$3.95 over one lb. up to 2 lbs.

RETURNS
WingnutBlues.com wants you to be happy - should you be unhappy, we will replace your item or refund your money, no questions asked, for thirty days from date of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced for up to one year from date of purchase.
